Jacuzzi Hot Tub Village Response To Covid-19
Following current HM Government ruling on the current Coronavirus crisis our retail showroom is now open to the public by appointment only.
Jacuzzi Hot Tub Village offer a full delivery and installation service of our hot tub products using contactless and social distancing procedures and with completed risk assessments for each separate installation. Please do contact our showroom to discuss what options may be available.
Our online stores are operating as normal. We are well stocked with all Jacuzzi® branded hot tub chemicals, filters, and accessories.
Our spa technicians (subject to remaining symptom-free) will be carrying out routine contract service and urgent spa repair work. These appointments are where social distancing procedures can be followed and will be agreed upon subject to individual risk assessments being completed and agreed up prior to each job being undertaken. If you have a confirmed appointment and suddenly start to develop any symptoms related to COVID-19 type disease you must inform us immediately in order that we can re-schedule.
Our supplier Jacuzzi® UK has stocks of new hot tubs ready for immediate despatch. Please note any Jacuzzi® Aftercare Engineer ‘in-warranty’ visits are currently suspended due to staff furloughing.
If you have a serious fault that affects the filtration and/or safe operation of your hot tub, we recommend that you drain your spa immediately and turn off the power supply to avoid any potential health risks.

We would like to reassure you that according to current best advice there is no evidence the Coronavirus COVID-19 virus can be spread through pools and hot tubs i.e.:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans using pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g. with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19”
